Curated by Andrea Schlieker, Folkestone’s first triennial public art programme included new work by Tracey Emin, Jeremy Deller, Mark Wallinger and Richard Wentworth.

Created with lettering artist Michael Harvey, the word mark was an optimistic reminder of the seaside town’s heritage and a counterpoint to Joel Tettamanti’s commissioned landscape photography.
