A travelling exhibition developed for the Design Museum in London and first shown at Istanbul Modern. The show charted the history of design from the late 19th-century to the present day, focusing on eight cities and their role during key periods of creative and cultural development.
The folded, suspended graphics carried both headline titling and lighting. This allowed the disparate objects of each city group to be defined within the changing venue spaces by a unifying pool of light.
