Your Glacial Expectations is the outcome of an extraordinary collaboration between artist Olafur Eliasson and landscape architect Günther Vogt – a site-specific artwork created in 2012 for the headquarters of the Danish textile company Kvadrat. Comprising five large mirrors, evocative of glacial pools, it is set into the landscape of circular and oval tree groves that dot the surrounding countryside of Kvadrat’s Ebeltoft site.

The book offers a detailed record of the installation with photographic contributions by Iwan Baan, Casper Sejersen and Annabel Elston along with essays by Studio Olafur Eliasson, Günther Vogt, Anders Byriel of Kvadrat and geologist Minik Rosing as well as a literary contribution from Danish novelist Josefine Klougart.
