As a sequel to the 2003 campaign, Nigel Shafran turned his camera away from the actors and on to the public. In doing so, he unconsciously captured images that reflected the theatre’s programme for 2004, including lead play Romeo and Juliet, emphasising that Shakespeare remains as relevant today as he ever was.
